I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
We did not fund the new RM Jones building. RM Jones acquired the site from MCC at a value agreed by our external agents Alder King.
RM Jones received compensation from MCC for vacating their shop unit on the cattle market site at a value determined on compulsory purchase principles.
